The Maya community of Pacchen (slanted well in the Maya language) is surrounded by nature.
You will start with a walk in the jungle, followed by a canoe ride through the mojarras lagoon. Fly over the lagoon on a 300 meter (984 feet) long zipline and enjoy the panoramic views. A second zipline will take you over the caiman lake, where every now and then you can observe a crocodile.
Cross the hanging bridge over the cenote and rappel down the Jaguar cenote, one of the most extraordinary spots you will find on the peninsula.
If all that action makes you hungry, tame it with a typical Maya meal prepared by the community of Pacchen.
Visit Cobá, both on foot as well as by bicycle or Maya taxi, and be amazed by the ballgame courts, the stelas, the sacbe (white trails), and the Nohoch Muul temple, the highest of the Yucatán with 42 meters (138 feet).
Attention! The minimum age to participate in the zipline, rappel and cenote swimming activities is 5 years old (decision to allow participation is at the discretion of the certified guide for safety reasons).
Attention! Bring a long sleeved shirt (rashguard style) for swimming in the cenotes. The use of sunscreen or any other type of lotions is not allowed in the cenotes.
