Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations with notice at least 30 days in advance of the tour date will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations with notice within 29 days in advance of the tour date and up to 48 hours in advance of the tour date, will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations with notice within 48 hours in advance of the tour date are non refundable. 

Any rescheduling will depend on our availability and have to be requested at least 72 hours in advance; a monetary penalty will apply if not notified in advance.

Late arrivals and no shows are non refundable. 

In case of reduction of the number of participants on the day of the excursion or within 72 hours prior to the commencement of the excursion, there will be no adjustment to the previously confirmed rate nor any refund. 

In case of reduction of the number of participants up to 72 hours prior to the excursion date and pick up time, the rate can be adjusted to reflect the new number of participants.
