Terms and Conditions

Upon booking and/or purchasing a private tour with Jaguar Trail, you agree to the Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation & Refund Policy as described on jaguartrail.com / jaguartrail.com.mx and on your booking confirmation email.  Please take a moment to read through the aforementioned Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy. 

No fees, no charges, no pushy sales, just helping you make an informed decision. 

Medical information: if you or any guest have any pre-existing medical conditions which may impact your ability to travel and to perform the excursion(s), you must disclose it to us at the time of booking.  Pregnancy is considered a medical condition and must be disclosed to us at the time of booking. 

Food allergies or dietary restrictions: notify us upon booking of any food allergies or dietary restrictions you may have.  We will work with you to accommodate.  

Minors (under 18 years old) must always be accompanied by an adult.

Any products or services offered by the tour company are subject to change at any time before or after the booking, up to 30 days before departure. Any changes will be duly communicated. 

Duration of the tours:

Departure times, arrival times and travel times may vary depending on your hotel/villa’s location. 

Upon reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total amount due is required in order to confirm the booking. You also have the option to pay in full upon booking. 

Payments done with Visa or Mastercard will be charged in US dollars, any conversion to another currency will be held under the current exchange rate of your bank.  

Special rate for infants:

0 – 1.99 years old (under 2 years old): a payment of $35,- usd per infant per tour is required.

Infant car seat (for infants under 2 years old): you are welcome to bring your own car seat for your infant.  Should you need an infant car seat, please specify upon booking (a maximum of 2 infant car seats can be booked per private tour).  Should you need more than 2 infant car seats, please advise at least 30 days in advance before the start date of your private tour.  Each infant car seat has an additional cost of $20,- usd per infant car seat per private tour. 

All booking confirmations will be sent via email, originating from the info@jaguartrail.com email address.  Please add info@jaguartrail.com to your trusted email address list or check your spam folder should you not see your confirmation email in your inbox.
